Print Books

All book stacks will be closed for browsing to all patrons due to social distancing concerns. Library staff will retrieve items for you to pick up at your convenience and in the manner that you feel most safe.

We can take requests through in-person, phone, email or online request.

We will fulfill book requests the same-day you make them Mon-Thurs, if your request is in by 11 am. If placed after 11 am, they will be filled the following day at the latest. We will do our best to accommodate requests outside of this window in a timely manner.

3 ways to receive your books:

  1. Pick up at the front desk, if you requested 'same-day,' expect book to be ready by 1:00 pm
    1. You will receive a confirmation that your book is available and ready for pick up
  2. Pick up "curbside" in the lobby between the library and the Hutch between 2:00-8:00 pm
    1. You will receive a confirmation that your book is available and ready for pick up
    2. We will also provide you a "curbside #" so you can locate your order in the lobby
  3. Faculty office delivery: faculty can request print materials be delivered to their offices. If you requested 'same-day,' expect the delivery between 2:00-3:00 pm.
    1. You will receive a confirmation that your book is available and an estimated confirmed time of delivery

Ebsco eBook Academic Collection: ~175,000 academic electronic books on a wide array of subjects.
JSTOR eBook Collection: A focused collection of academic books largely related to College programs.
APA PsycBooks: A collection of ebooks on psychology from the American Psychological Association.
