Biodiversity Heritage Library (BHL)
- Why search here?
  To find historical biodiversity information, primary sources, digitized natural sciences texts, and recent openly accessible research regarding biodiversity and ecosystems.
- What's included?
  BHL operates as a worldwide consortium of natural history, botanical, research, and national libraries working together to digitize the natural history literature held in their collections and making it freely available for open access as part of a global “biodiversity community.” Free access to hundreds of thousands of volumes, comprising over 59 million pages, from the 15th-21st centuries.
BioOne Complete
- Why search here?
  To find research and publications regarding biological, ecological, and environmental sciences—interdisciplinary content which can serve a wide range of academic interests.
- What's included?
  BioOne Complete is a database that offers 217 full-text journals from leading scientific societies and independent presses around the world. The platform contains both current and backfile content. 74% of BioOne Complete’s 2021 subscribed titles have Impact Factors, and 32% are based outside the US. Furthermore, two-thirds of current titles are only available as full-text through BioOne Complete.
Dartmouth Atlas Project
- Why search here?
  To find information and data on how medical resources are distributed and used in the United States. The project uses Medicare and Medicaid data to provide information and analysis about national, regional, and local markets, as well as hospitals and their affiliated physicians.
- What's included?
  Twenty book-length editions of The Dartmouth Atlas of Health Care; several brief reports covering specific topics and/or clinical subject areas; and a number of issue briefs on relevant health policy topics. Atlas investigators also have an extensive bibliography of scientific articles published in peer-reviewed journals.
Gale Health & Medicine Collection

Sources in this database offer current, scholarly, comprehensive answers to health-related questions for students, professionals, and those outside of the professions interested in medical knowledge.
- What's included?
  More than 2,500 embargo-free, full-text periodicals, reference books, pamphlets, and hundreds of videos demonstrating medical procedures and live surgeries. Covering a wide variety of health and medicine related content. Most resources in full-text, though some may need to be requested through InterLibrary Loan for full access.

  To find well-researched information covering all aspects of human impact to the environment.
- What's included?
  Collection of scholarly, government, and general-interest titles including content on global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more. The database provides indexing and abstracts for more than 1,000,000 records, as well as Open Access full-text for more than 15,000 records.
Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition
- Why search here?
  To find medical research information for researchers and those searching for practical knowledge. Available search options are basic search, advanced search, medical dictionary, images collection, index search, and publication search.
- What's included?
  Nearly 550 scholarly full-text journals and abstracts and indexing for nearly 850 journals. Coverage of nursing and allied health includes full-text from Creative Nursing, Issues in Comprehensive Pediatric Nursing, Issues in Mental Health Nursing, Journal of Advanced Nursing, Journal of Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Nursing, Journal of Clinical Nursing, Journal of Community Health Nursing, Journal of Nursing Management, Nursing Ethics, Nursing Forum, Nursing Inquiry, and more. Features the AHFS Consumer Medication Information, which covers 1,300 generic drug patient education sheets with more than 4,700 brand names. Articles without full-text availability can be requested through InterLibrary Loan.
ProQuest Biology Database

  To find sources within the many subfields of biology, heavy in scholarly journals, reports, and conference proceedings.
- What's included?
  Full-text, abstracts, and citations to a wide range of research in biomedicine, biotechnology, zoology and ecology, and some aspects of agriculture and veterinary science. Provides access to literature from over 6000 journals, magazines, and news sources, as well as conference proceedings, technical reports, monographs, and selected books and patents. Most resources are available in full-text, some articles may need to be requested through InterLibrary Loan for full access.

- Why search here?
  To find research from biomedicine and health fields, and related disciplines such as life sciences, behavioral sciences, chemical sciences, and bioengineering. Searches across multiple National Library of Medicine resources.
- What's included?
  More than 33 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. Citations may include links to full text content from PubMed Central and publisher web sites. Publications without linked full-text availability can be requested through Interlibrary Loan.
