About: The Joan Weill Academic Library

The library is earth-sheltered and passive solar design. Much of the black cherry and sugar maple used to build it was harvested from the college’s own green-certified lands.

With views out over Lower St Regis Lake and St Regis Mountain, the library is a prime location for both studying and relaxing. The building is also home to a wide range of academic success services, our IT department, the archives, the Career Center, and our library collection (including about 1000 cook books!).
